WHAT THIS SERVICE INCLUDES
Relocating compacted snow and ice to restore usable backyard space
Clearing walking paths and access routes
Opening access to gates, trash areas, basements, sheds, and utility areas
Managing snow and ice that will not melt naturally due to shade or buildup
Removing accessible debris such as branches, leaves, and trash revealed by melting snow
Light winter yard reset to prepare for spring (not landscaping)
All work is performed manually and carefully to avoid damage to patios, pavers, fencing, decks, and surrounding structures.
PRICING STRUCTURE
Project-based service not hourly
One flat price per job
Pricing is based on yard size, snow/ice conditions, and access
I stay until the agreed scope of work is completed properly
